Turkish Pomegranate Sauce Lamb Kebabs
Juicy grilled lamb skewers marinated with CEREN Pomegranate Sauce for a tangy-sweet glaze.
Ingredients
- 500 g lamb cubes (leg or shoulder)
- 3 tablespoons CEREN Pomegranate Sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley and pomegranate seeds for garnish
Instructions
Marinate: In a bowl, mix CEREN Pomegranate Sauce, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add lamb cubes, coat well, and marinate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
Skewer: Thread lamb onto skewers.
Grill: Cook over hot grill or in a grill pan for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned outside and juicy inside.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and fresh pomegranate seeds. Best served with flatbread and rice pilaf.
