Turkish Chickpea Salad Wrap
A quick and filling street-food style wrap using CEREN Chickpea Salad in Olive Oil.
Ingredients
- 1 jar CEREN Chickpea Salad in Olive Oil
- 4 lavash or tortilla wraps
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons tahini sauce or yogurt
Instructions
Warm wraps: Heat lavash or tortillas in a dry pan for a few seconds to soften.
Assemble filling: Spread a thin layer of tahini sauce or yogurt over the wrap. Add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and onion.
Add chickpeas: Spoon CEREN Chickpea Salad in Olive Oil generously in the center.
Roll: Fold sides and roll into a wrap.
Serve: Slice in half and enjoy as a quick lunch or light dinner.
