Traditional Turkish Bazlama with Olive Oil & Za’atar
Ingredients
- 4 CEREN Bazlama
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons za’atar spice blend (or mix of thyme, sesame seeds, sumac)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
Warm the bread: Heat a skillet or griddle. Place CEREN Bazlama on it for 1–2 minutes each side until lightly toasted.
Make za’atar oil: Mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and za’atar. Let rest for 5 minutes so flavors infuse.
Brush & serve: While bazlama is warm, brush generously with za’atar oil.
Enjoy: Tear and share as a starter or serve with hummus, baba ghanoush, or labneh.
