Tahini Halva Brownies
A rich dessert where CEREN Tahini swirls into chocolate brownies, creating nutty, fudgy layers.
Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup CEREN Tahini
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
Melt base: Over a double boiler, melt chocolate and butter together. Remove from heat.
Mix batter: Whisk in sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Fold in flour.
Swirl tahini: Pour batter into a greased pan. Drizzle CEREN Tahini over top, swirling with a knife for a marbled effect.
Bake: At 175°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until just set.
Serve: Dense, fudgy brownies with nutty tahini ribbons.
