Spicy Pickled Chili Appetizer
A traditional-style meze made with fiery chili pickles, olive oil, and garlic.
Ingredients
- 1 cup CEREN Fiery Chili Pickles, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
Prepare pickles: Slice CEREN Fiery Chili Pickles into small pieces.
Mix: Combine with garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and salt. Toss well.
Rest: Let sit for 15–20 minutes before serving for flavors to meld.
Serve: A bold and zesty meze, perfect with fresh bread, kebabs, or rakı-style dinners.
