Spicy Pickle Hummus
A creamy dip where CEREN Spicy Pickles bring heat and tang to classic hummus.
Ingredients
- 1 cup CEREN Canned Chickpeas, drained
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons CEREN Spicy Pickles, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Paprika & olive oil for garnish
Instructions
Blend base: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
Add pickles: Stir in finely chopped CEREN Spicy Pickles. Blend again until creamy but with a slight texture.
Adjust: Add a little water if too thick. Taste and season with salt.
Serve: Garnish with paprika, olive oil, and a few pickle slices. Perfect with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
