Spicy Pickle Fried Rice
A creative Asian-Turkish fusion dish where CEREN Spicy Mixed Pickles add crunch and heat to classic fried rice.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice (cold, leftover rice works best)
- ½ cup CEREN Spicy Mixed Pickles, finely chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (or sesame oil)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 carrot, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Cook eggs: In a large skillet or wok, scramble eggs in a little oil. Remove and set aside.
Stir-fry vegetables: Add olive oil, carrot, ginger, and green onions. Cook 3–4 minutes.
Add rice & pickles: Stir in rice and CEREN Spicy Mixed Pickles. Toss well.
Season: Add soy sauce, pepper, and scrambled eggs. Mix thoroughly.
Serve: Hot, spicy, and crunchy fried rice with a Turkish twist.
