Spicy Kidney Bean Tacos (Mexican Fusion)
A quick taco recipe using CEREN Red Kidney Bean Salad as the filling, topped with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 jar CEREN Red Kidney Bean Salad
- 6 small corn or flour tortillas
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup salsa or hot sauce
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
Warm tortillas: Heat tortillas in a dry skillet until pliable.
Fill tacos: Spoon CEREN Red Kidney Bean Salad into tortillas. Top with avocado slices, onion, lettuce, and salsa.
Finish: Squeeze lime juice over the top.
