Spanish Spicy Olive & Chorizo Flatbread
Inspiration: Spanish tapas culture often layers smoky sausage, olives, and peppers onto bread. Here, CEREN Spicy Cracked Green Olives bring heat to the mix.
Ingredients
- 1 flatbread or pizza dough base
- ½ cup CEREN Spicy Cracked Green Olives, halved
- 100 g Manchego or mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 75 g Spanish chorizo, sliced
- 1 roasted red pepper, sliced (CEREN Roasted Red Peppers are perfect)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
Prepare base: Brush flatbread with olive oil.
Assemble toppings: Scatter cheese, chorizo, roasted pepper strips, and CEREN Spicy Cracked Green Olives over base. Sprinkle thyme.
Bake: At 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
Serve: Slice into tapas-style squares.
