Savory Kadayıf-Wrapped Shrimp with Garlic Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- 250 g CEREN Fresh Kadayıf
- 12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tail on)
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
For dip:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon CEREN Lemon Juice
- Fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
Prepare shrimp: Season shrimp lightly with salt and pepper.
Wrap with kadayıf: Take small bundles of CEREN Fresh Kadayıf, brush with melted butter, and wrap around each shrimp, leaving the tail exposed.
Bake or fry: Place on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden. Alternatively, deep fry for extra crispiness.
Make dip: Mix yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and dill.
Serve: Arrange shrimp on a platter, serve hot with dip.
