Pomegranate Sauce Cheesecake Swirl
A modern dessert using CEREN Pomegranate Sauce as a vibrant swirl in creamy cheesecake.
Ingredients
- 200 g digestive biscuits (crushed)
- 100 g butter (melted)
- 500 g cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup CEREN Pomegranate Sauce
Instructions
Prepare base: Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
Make filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth.
Assemble: Pour filling into crust. Spoon CEREN Pomegranate Sauce over the top and swirl gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
Bake: Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 50–60 minutes until set. Cool completely.
Serve: Chill overnight before slicing. Garnish with extra sauce if desired.
