Pickle & Beef Doner Wrap
A Turkish street food–inspired wrap where CEREN Cucumber Pickles add crunch and tang.
Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads or tortillas
- 250 g thinly sliced beef (or leftover döner-style meat)
- ½ cup CEREN Cucumber Pickles, sliced
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon CEREN Hot Pepper Paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Cook beef: Heat olive oil in a pan, sear beef slices until browned.
Prepare sauce: Mix yogurt with CEREN Hot Pepper Paste for a creamy-spicy spread.
Assemble wrap: Spread sauce on flatbread, layer beef, onion, lettuce, and CEREN Cucumber Pickles.
Roll & serve: Wrap tightly and serve warm.
