Phyllo-Wrapped Brie with Honey & Nuts
Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie cheese (200–250 g)
- 4 sheets CEREN Phyllo Dough
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons walnuts or pecans, chopped
- Fresh thyme sprigs
Instructions
Prepare brie: Place cheese in the center of layered CEREN Phyllo Dough sheets (each brushed with butter). Top with honey, nuts, and thyme.
Wrap: Fold phyllo sheets over the brie, buttering as you go, until fully sealed like a parcel.
Bake: At 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve: Warm, with extra honey drizzled on top and crackers or fresh fruit on the side.
