Panko-Crusted Salmon with Lemon-Herb Crust
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup CEREN Panko
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon CEREN Lemon Juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Make crust: In a bowl, mix CEREN Panko, olive oil, parsley, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until crumbly.
Prepare salmon: Place fillets skin-side down on a baking tray. Pat dry.
Top with crust: Press panko mixture onto salmon fillets to form a coating.
Bake: Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes until salmon is cooked and topping is golden.
Serve: With roasted vegetables or bulgur pilaf.
