Orange Harissa Shrimp Tacos with Avocado Crema
A fun street-food–style dish where CEREN Orange Harissa gives shrimp a citrusy heat.
Ingredients
- 500 g shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 tablespoons CEREN Orange Harissa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of ½ lime
- 6 small tortillas
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Marinate shrimp: Mix shrimp with CEREN Orange Harissa, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate 20 minutes.
Cook shrimp: Sear in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
Make avocado crema: Blend avocado, yogurt, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assemble tacos: Fill tortillas with shrimp, drizzle with avocado crema, and top with cilantro.
