Orange Harissa Roasted Cauliflower Steaks
A plant-based dish that’s hearty, smoky, and citrus-spiced.
Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into thick “steaks”
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons CEREN Orange Harissa
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Prep cauliflower: Slice cauliflower into thick slabs. Place on a baking sheet.
Make marinade: Whisk olive oil, CEREN Orange Harissa, maple syrup, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Coat steaks: Brush marinade generously over cauliflower.
Roast: Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden and tender, flipping halfway.
Serve: Garnish with parsley. Excellent as a vegan main with bulgur pilaf or tahini sauce.
