Mild Harissa Marinated Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
- 500 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons CEREN Mild Harissa
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water)
Instructions
Marinate shrimp: Mix CEREN Mild Harissa, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Coat shrimp and marinate for 20–30 minutes.
Skewer: Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Grill: Cook on a hot grill or skillet, 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
Serve: With a yogurt-lemon dip or over a fresh salad.
