Mediterranean Lemon Chicken with Olives
A rustic, one-pan dish where CEREN Lemon Juice infuses chicken with tang and freshness.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 3 tablespoons CEREN Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup green olives
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Season chicken: Rub thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
Sear: In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Build sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic. Add CEREN Lemon Juice and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Cook: Return chicken, add olives, cover, and simmer 25–30 minutes until tender.
Serve: Garnish with parsley. Perfect with bulgur pilaf or roasted potatoes.
