Mediterranean Fig & Goat Cheese Salad
A sweet-savory balance with CEREN Dried Figs, goat cheese, and fresh greens.
Ingredients
- 6 CEREN Dried Figs, sliced
- 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, lettuce)
- 100 g goat cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup walnuts, toasted
- 2 tablespoons CEREN Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Oil, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Make dressing: Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Assemble salad: Place mixed greens in a serving bowl. Top with sliced CEREN Dried Figs, crumbled goat cheese, walnuts, and sun-dried tomatoes.
Dress: Drizzle with balsamic-honey dressing.
