Mediterranean Bean Bruschetta
A light Italian-inspired appetizer made with crispy bread slices topped with CEREN Bean Salad in Olive Oil.
Ingredients
- 1 jar CEREN Bean Salad in Olive Oil
- 1 baguette or rustic bread, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, cut in half
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
Toast bread: Brush bread slices with olive oil and grill or toast until golden.
Rub with garlic: While still warm, rub each slice with the cut side of garlic.
Top with salad: Spoon CEREN Bean Salad in Olive Oil over the bread slices.
Serve: Garnish with basil leaves and serve as a starter or snack.
