Lemon Garlic Spaghetti (Spaghetti al Limone)
A simple but luxurious Italian pasta, where CEREN Lemon Juice balances garlic and parmesan.
Ingredients
- 300 g spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons CEREN Lemon Juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
Cook pasta: Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
Make sauce: In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until golden. Add butter, CEREN Lemon Juice, and zest. Stir well.
Combine: Add drained pasta, parmesan, and a splash of pasta water. Toss until creamy.
Serve: Garnish with fresh basil and extra parmesan.
