Jalapeño Pickle Pizza

A modern twist where CEREN Jalapeño Pickles add a spicy tang to cheesy pizza.

Ingredients

  • 1 ready-made pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons CEREN Tomato Paste
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup CEREN Jalapeño Pickles, sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Prepare dough: Roll out pizza dough onto a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.

Assemble: Spread CEREN Tomato Paste over dough. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly. Top with jalapeño pickles and red onion slices.

Bake: Cook in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden.
