Halva Biscuit Cheesecake Cups
Mini cheesecakes made with CEREN Halva Sandwich Biscuits as the base.
Ingredients
- 6 CEREN Halva Sandwich Biscuits (crushed)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 200 g cream cheese
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Halva crumbles or biscuit halves for garnish
Instructions
Make crust: Crush biscuits into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of muffin cups. Chill for 15 minutes.
Prepare filling: Whisk cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
Assemble: Spoon filling over biscuit bases. Smooth tops.
Chill: Refrigerate at least 2 hours to set.
Serve: Garnish with halva crumbles or half a biscuit on top.
