Grape Molasses & Nut Energy Balls
A modern healthy snack where CEREN Grape Molasses binds nuts and oats into chewy, naturally sweet bites.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup walnuts (or almonds), chopped
- ½ cup dates, pitted and chopped
- 3 tablespoons CEREN Grape Molasses
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Shredded coconut, for rolling (optional)
Instructions
Blend: In a food processor, combine oats, walnuts, dates, cocoa, and cinnamon.
Bind: Add CEREN Grape Molasses and pulse until mixture is sticky and holds together.
Shape: Roll into small balls. Coat with shredded coconut if desired.
Chill: Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Serve: A healthy, on-the-go snack full of natural energy.
