Glazed Chicken with Pomegranate Molasses
A modern fusion recipe: juicy chicken thighs coated in a sticky-sweet glaze with CEREN Pomegranate Molasses.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 3 tablespoons CEREN Pomegranate Molasses
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh pomegranate seeds & parsley for garnish
Instructions
Make marinade: Whisk CEREN Pomegranate Molasses, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and pepper.
Marinate chicken: Coat chicken thighs in marinade. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Cook: Roast at 200°C (400°F) for 35–40 minutes, basting occasionally with extra marinade.
Finish: Once golden and sticky, remove from oven. Garnish with fresh parsley and pomegranate seeds.
Serve: Best with rice pilaf or bulgur pilaf.
