Fig Garland & Nut Energy Bars
A modern healthy snack using CEREN Dried Figs Garland as a natural sweetener and binder.
Ingredients
- 10 figs from CEREN Dried Figs Garland, chopped
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Blend: Place chopped figs, nuts, oats, honey, and cinnamon in a food processor. Blend until sticky and combined.
Shape: Press mixture firmly into a small baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
Cut: Slice into bars or squares.
Serve: Store in the fridge for up to a week. Perfect for on-the-go snacking.
