Fiery Chili Chicken Wraps
Street-food–inspired wraps where CEREN Fiery Chili Pickles cut through juicy grilled chicken with heat and tang.
Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads or lavash
- 300 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon CEREN Tomato Paste
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup CEREN Fiery Chili Pickles, sliced
- 2 tablespoons yogurt or garlic sauce
Instructions
Cook chicken: Marinate chicken with olive oil, CEREN Tomato Paste, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-fry until golden.
Assemble wraps: Spread yogurt or garlic sauce on flatbread. Add chicken, lettuce, and a generous layer of CEREN Fiery Chili Pickles.
Roll & serve: Wrap tightly and slice in half.
