Classic Hummus with Tahini
A velvety Middle Eastern dip where CEREN Tahini adds creaminess and depth.
Ingredients
- 1 can CEREN Canned Chickpeas, drained (reserve liquid)
- 3 tablespoons CEREN Tahini
- 2 tablespoons CEREN Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- Salt, to taste
- Paprika & olive oil for garnish
Instructions
Blend base: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, CEREN Tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Adjust texture: Add reserved chickpea liquid or a splash of water to loosen consistency. Blend again until creamy.
Finish: Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika.
Serve: With pita bread, pickles, or fresh veggies.
