Chickpea Avocado Toast
A modern, protein-rich breakfast or snack with CEREN Chickpea Salad in Olive Oil and creamy avocado.
Ingredients
- 1 jar CEREN Chickpea Salad in Olive Oil
- 4 slices wholegrain bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
Prepare avocado: Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Toast bread: Lightly toast bread slices.
Assemble toast: Spread avocado mixture over bread. Top generously with CEREN Chickpea Salad in Olive Oil.
Finish: Sprinkle with chili flakes if desired.
