Asian-Inspired Sunflower Seed Noodle Bowl

Ingredients
- 200 g egg noodles (or rice noodles)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey or brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
Cook noodles: Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with sesame oil.
