Ajvar Chicken Skewers
Juicy chicken skewers marinated in CEREN Ajvar for smoky, tangy flavor.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 4 tablespoons CEREN Ajvar
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Make marinade: Mix CEREN Ajvar, yogurt, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Marinate chicken: Coat chicken cubes in marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Skewer: Thread chicken onto skewers.
Grill or roast: Cook on a hot grill or in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve: With rice pilaf, bulgur, or flatbread.
