Modern Pomegranate Vinegar Spritzer (Mocktail or Cocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons CEREN Pomegranate Vinegar
• 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
• Sparkling water (or tonic for sharper flavor)
• Ice cubes
• Fresh mint leaves
• Optional: 30 ml gin or vodka for cocktail version

Instructions

Build base: In a tall glass, mix CEREN Pomegranate Vinegar with honey until dissolved.

Add liquid: Fill with ice, pour sparkling water (or tonic). Stir gently.

Garnish: Add fresh mint sprigs and, if desired, a splash of gin or vodka.
