North African Baked Fish with Spicy Olive Salad & Harissa
Inspiration: North African cuisine often uses olives, citrus, and chili to flavor seafood. Here, CEREN Spicy Olive Salad makes a ready-made marinade.
Ingredients
- 4 white fish fillets (sea bass, cod, or halibut)
- ½ cup CEREN Spicy Olive Salad
- 1 tablespoon CEREN Harissa Spice Blend (or harissa paste)
- 2 tablespoons CEREN Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Fresh coriander or parsley for garnish
Instructions
Marinate fish: Mix CEREN Spicy Olive Salad, harissa, olive oil, and lemon juice. Rub onto fish fillets. Marinate 20 minutes.
Bake: Place fish in a baking dish, spread remaining marinade over the top. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes until flaky.
Serve: Garnish with coriander and serve with couscous or roasted vegetables.
