Turkish Olive & Herb Meze with Cracked Green Olives

Ingredients
- 1 cup CEREN Cracked Green Olives
- 3 tablespoons CEREN Olive Oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or oregano
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Prepare olives: Lightly rinse CEREN Cracked Green Olives to balance their saltiness.
Marinate: Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Rest for at least 30 minutes to absorb flavors.
