Italian Burrata Salad with Grilled Olives & Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 ball burrata (or fresh mozzarella)
- ½ cup CEREN Grilled Olives
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, roasted until caramelized
- 2 tablespoons CEREN Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Oil, sliced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil leaves
- Crusty bread for serving
Instructions
Roast tomatoes: Drizzle cherry tomatoes with olive oil, roast at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes until blistered.
Assemble salad: Place burrata in the center of a plate. Arrange roasted tomatoes, CEREN Grilled Olives, and sun-dried tomatoes around it.
Drizzle & garnish: Finish with olive oil, balsamic glaze, and fresh basil.
