Baklava Rolls with Pistachios
Ingredients
- 1 pack CEREN Phyllo Dough
- 250 g pistachios, finely chopped
- 200 g butter, melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 lemon slice
Instructions
Prepare syrup: Boil sugar, water, and lemon slice for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
Assemble rolls: Take 2 sheets of CEREN Phyllo Dough, brush with butter. Sprinkle pistachios evenly. Roll tightly into a log. Repeat until all sheets are used.
Bake: Arrange rolls in a tray, brush tops with butter. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes until golden.
Add syrup: Pour cooled syrup over hot rolls. Let rest before cutting into small pieces.
