Sambal Oelek Glazed Chicken Wings
Crispy wings coated in a sticky, spicy glaze powered by CEREN Sambal Oelek.
- Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons CEREN Sambal Oelek
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- Toasted sesame seeds & green onions for garnish
Instructions
Bake wings: Season wings with salt and pepper. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 35–40 minutes until crispy.
Make glaze: In a saucepan, whisk CEREN Sambal Oelek, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Coat wings: Toss baked wings in glaze until fully coated.
Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
