Spicy Ajvar Baked Fish with Herbed Bulgur
A light, elegant dish where CEREN Spicy Ajvar acts as a marinade and sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 white fish fillets (sea bass, cod, or trout)
- 4 tablespoons CEREN Spicy Ajvar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup CEREN Bulgur for Pilaf
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- Fresh dill and parsley for garnish
Instructions
Marinate fish: Mix CEREN Spicy Ajvar, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush over fish fillets. Marinate 20 minutes.
Cook bulgur: Simmer bulgur in broth until tender, about 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
Bake fish: Place fillets on a baking tray, bake at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes until flaky.
Serve: Plate fish on herbed bulgur, garnish with dill and parsley.
