Spicy Ajvar Stuffed Flatbread (Balkan Pide-Style)
A warm, cheesy flatbread with CEREN Spicy Ajvar as the star filling.
Ingredients
- 500 g bread or pizza dough
- 1 cup CEREN Spicy Ajvar
- 1 cup mozzarella (or kasar cheese), shredded
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
Prepare dough: Roll dough into oval or round flatbreads.
Fill: Spread CEREN Spicy Ajvar evenly. Sprinkle mozzarella and feta over the top.
Shape: Fold edges slightly inward like a pide. Brush edges with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
Bake: At 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve: Slice hot. Perfect as a meze or light main with yogurt dip.
