Rose Harissa Lamb Kofta
Juicy spiced lamb skewers enhanced with CEREN Güllü Harissa.
Ingredients
- 500 g ground lamb (or beef-lamb mix)
- 2 tablespoons CEREN Güllü Harissa
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
Mix: In a bowl, combine lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and CEREN Güllü Harissa.
Shape: Form into oval koftas around skewers.
Grill: Cook on a grill or skillet, brushing lightly with olive oil, for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Serve: With flatbread, yogurt dip, and grilled vegetables.
