Apricot Harissa Glazed Salmon
A quick modern recipe where CEREN Apricot Harissa turns into a sticky, tangy glaze.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons CEREN Apricot Harissa
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Make glaze: In a small bowl, mix CEREN Apricot Harissa, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
Brush salmon: Place salmon fillets on a baking tray. Brush generously with glaze.
Roast: Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes until cooked through.
Serve: Drizzle with extra glaze and serve with roasted vegetables or bulgur pilaf.
