Jalapeño Pickle Quesadillas
A Tex-Mex inspired recipe where gooey cheese meets the heat of CEREN Jalapeño Pickles.
Ingredients
- 2 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
- ½ cup CEREN Jalapeño Pickles, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sour cream (for serving)
Instructions
Assemble: On one tortilla, spread cheese evenly. Scatter chopped CEREN Jalapeño Pickles on top. Cover with the second tortilla.
Cook: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook quesadilla 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and cheese melts.
Slice & serve: Cut into wedges. Serve with sour cream or guacamole.
