Spicy Pickle Burger
A juicy burger where CEREN Spicy Pickles add heat and crunch.
Ingredients
- 2 burger buns
- 250 g ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- ½ cup CEREN Spicy Pickles, sliced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Shape patties: Season ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 2 patties.
Cook burgers: Grill or pan-fry until desired doneness. Add cheese slices on top in the last minute to melt.
Toast buns: Lightly butter and toast the buns.
Assemble: Spread mayo, ketchup, and mustard on buns. Layer with patties, melted cheese, and a generous handful of CEREN Spicy Pickles.
Serve: Spicy, juicy, and satisfying.
