Turkish Spicy Pickle Salad
A refreshing, crunchy, and fiery salad that pairs perfectly with kebabs and grilled meats.
Ingredients
- 1 cup CEREN Spicy Pickles, diced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cucumber, diced
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ teaspoon sumac
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare base: Dice CEREN Spicy Pickles, tomato, cucumber, and onion.
Mix dressing: In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, salt, and pepper.
Combine: Toss vegetables and pickles with dressing.
Serve: Garnish with parsley. Crisp, tangy, and spicy — a true Turkish side dish.
