Fiery Chili Pickle Stir-Fry Beef
A fusion dish where CEREN Fiery Chili Pickles add heat and acidity to a quick stir-fry.
Ingredients
- 300 g beef strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup CEREN Fiery Chili Pickles, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
Sear beef: Heat olive oil in a wok or skillet. Sear beef strips over high heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
Cook vegetables: In the same pan, add onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 3–4 minutes.
Add pickles & sauce: Stir in CEREN Fiery Chili Pickles, soy sauce, honey, and ginger. Return beef to the pan and toss well.
Serve: Garnish with coriander. Best served over rice or noodles.
