Turkish Pickle Salad
A refreshing and tangy salad made with CEREN Cucumber Pickles, often served as a meze or alongside kebabs.
Ingredients
- 1 cup CEREN Cucumber Pickles, diced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ teaspoon sumac
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare vegetables: Dice the pickles, chop tomato, onion, and pepper. Place in a bowl.
Dress: Add parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
Serve: A crisp, tangy salad to accompany grilled meats, pilaf, or meze spreads.
