Spicy Hot Pepper Pasta with Yogurt
A modern fusion pasta dish where CEREN Hot Pepper Paste adds depth and heat, balanced by creamy yogurt.
Ingredients
- 300 g spaghetti or penne
- 3 tablespoons CEREN Hot Pepper Paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup cooking water.
Make sauce: In a skillet, heat olive oil. Add garlic, sauté briefly. Stir in CEREN Hot Pepper Paste and smoked paprika. Cook for 2 minutes.
Combine: Add drained pasta, tossing well. Stir in a few spoonfuls of reserved pasta water to coat evenly.
Finish: Remove from heat, mix with plain yogurt for creaminess. Adjust salt and pepper.
Serve: Garnish with parsley. A quick yet flavorful dinner.
