Grape Molasses Glazed Chicken Drumsticks
A savory-modern recipe where CEREN Grape Molasses is turned into a sticky glaze for roasted chicken.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 3 tablespoons CEREN Grape Molasses
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (or thyme)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Make marinade: Mix CEREN Grape Molasses, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Marinate chicken: Coat drumsticks with the mixture. Let rest for at least 1 hour (overnight for best flavor).
Roast: Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway and basting with extra marinade.
Serve: Sticky, savory, and slightly sweet — pairs perfectly with roasted vegetables or bulgur pilaf.
