Mediterranean Pomegranate Sauce Glazed Salmon
A light but flavorful main dish with a glossy CEREN Pomegranate Sauce glaze.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons CEREN Pomegranate Sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Prepare glaze: Mix CEREN Pomegranate Sauce, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Brush salmon: Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Brush generously with glaze.
Bake: Roast at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
Serve: Drizzle with remaining glaze and serve with roasted vegetables or couscous.
