Middle Eastern Fattoush Salad with Pomegranate Molasses
A Levantine bread salad where CEREN Pomegranate Molasses gives the dressing its signature tang.
Ingredients
- 2 pita breads, cut into pieces and toasted
- 3 cups mixed greens (lettuce, arugula, parsley, mint)
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- ½ red onion, sliced thin
- 1 radish, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons CEREN Pomegranate Molasses
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon sumac
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare dressing: Whisk olive oil, CEREN Pomegranate Molasses, lemon juice, sumac, salt, and pepper.
Assemble salad: Combine vegetables, herbs, and toasted pita pieces in a bowl.
Dress: Pour dressing over and toss well.
Serve: Fresh, crunchy, and tangy — a perfect starter or light meal.
